WINSTON POPS

EVERY THURSDAY MORNING THERE WILL BE GENERAL POPS MEETINGS HELD AT 8:30AM, LOWER CAMPUS, ROOM 217. ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE ASKED TO ATTEND WHEN POSSIBLE AND MEETINGS ARE ALSO OPEN TO ALL PARENTS INTERESTED IN ATTENDING/VOLUNTEERING.

This is one of Winston's major fundraisers and a wonderful night out for couples, friends, and family! About this year's Pops Gala:

• The evening will begin with a cocktail "hour and a half" which includes an elaborate and sumptuous spread of culinary delights.
• Attendees will enjoy perusing and bidding on auction items while feasting on various stations of foods and passed hors d'oeuvres.
• There will be an Open Bar for the entire event!
• Everyone will enjoy a 3 course sit-down meal with entree selections and a wonderful dessert.
• Again, open bar the ENTIRE event.
• All our guests will be entertained by a live band and there will be dancing!
• There will also be presentations and recognition of some very important people from Winston's past and present,
  including our 8th grade class. The 8th graders will have the opportunity to sell raffles and enjoy a meal together... perhaps this will become another Winston tradition for years to come!
• Guests will be able to bid on silent and live auctions as well as a 50/50 raffle!
