Assistive technology plays an essential role in each child's learning experience at Winston.

All students in grades 1-8 are provided with a Chromebook to support learning. Chromebooks offer in-person assistive technology, as well as virtual and remote learning opportunities for all learners. Students have access to a variety of digital resources including applications to support unique learning needs. Interactive Whiteboards provide an effective learning tool for students to improve their academic skills.

Technology Specialist

Our integration technology specialist works with staff and administration to continuously enhance our digital programs and incorporate the latest technology innovations into our curriculum. Additionally, many of our curricular resources and textbooks are available on-line for enhanced learning opportunities and blended instructional support.
